Small Pie

I have been really into baking/cooking/expierementing lately.

The link above shows how to do the regular apple pie. The pumpkin were made the same except instead of apples in the pie it was pumpkin. The Dutch Apple pies had a crumble topping rather then pie crust, I used a topping recipe for an apple crisp topping.

These mini pies were made for a church hayride/bonfire event. I had been asked to make pie, but serving and eating regular, sized, pie in the dark is challenging. These were the perfect size and everyone loved them. Once I got the hang of it, they were pretty easy to make.
